Williams Interiors recently carried out major upgrades to the following buildings.

11 Wentworth Ave Sydney - $5.5M refurbishment including a full BCA upgrade to 14 floors - new hydrant, smoke detection, sprinklers, A/C, fire doors, stairwells.   


Hydro Majestic - $5M refurbishment including a full BCA compliance upgrade - smoke detection, sprinklers, intumescent paint, hydrants, hose reels, fire doors and walls.  


Livingstone Place Newport - Northern Beaches council Fire Order on Strata units.


Accor Head Office - Level 30 - 123 Pitt Street Sydney - sprinklers and smoke detection BCA upgrade.


Veriu Central Station Hotel - 110 room hotel refurbishment including all public areas upgraded to current BCA certification.
