 A simple flat management structure allows us to promise that you will only have to deal with two people – the owner of Williams Interiors or the site manager running your project. As the owner, Richard is involved from the first chat, to handover, and right through the process.

 

Our suppliers and subcontractors are always selected with suitability in mind for the project at hand.

• Williams Interiors' subcontractors range from one-person companies to some of the largest specialist subcontractors Australia has to offer – we can rewire a 20 story building in another state and fix a toilet seat in Broome.

• Our suppliers are diverse and plentiful – we have over 100 accounts and many more relationships with suppliers who supply basics such as timber to lights from Italy.

 

We regularly supply full FF&E packages for fitout and hospitality jobs with everything down to the LCD’s, beds, and pillows and have even commissioned, produced and installed specific artwork in several circumstances.

 

The owner of one of the largest subcontractors in Australia has personally delivered fixtures to a job over the weekend by driving 12 hours so we met our obligations.

 

Our people include everyone involved in the project.
